This is a resource for documents that we wanted to share with our community, we wanted to provide an avenue to share documents that are helpful to have available!
Model and Photographer Release forms: Release forms that outline expectations for content creation between models, photographers, and other content creators. These forms are a great way to spark the conversation with who you are working with to set boundaries and guidelines on how the content created together will be used. These documents are not a requirement, but they are very helpful to have for all parties involved.

Ban Rebuttal: This is the ban rebuttal form. If you have been banned from any of our groups, pages, events, etc. This form is so that you can share your story to rebut your banning from the community. This form emails to us directly for review, and will be reviewed within 3-7 business days. Any Photos, screen shots, etc. can be emailed directly to azphotomeets@gmail.com as the form does not accommodate uploads, if you have photos to send please include the subject title of " YOUR NAME, rebuttal photos" so we are aware these are to be attached to your claim file.
