Last updated 8/15/2024

AZPM Mission Statement:

Here at AZPM we strive to foster a safe, and inclusive space for creatives of all skill levels to come together to network and collaborate on content creation.

Introduction to Services:

AZPM is a company that hosts events for local creatives to attend. Our attendees include models, photographers, cosplayers, videographers, streamers, content creators, dancers, and other types of creatives. We host collaborative networking events where attendees can expect to meet fellow creatives, collaborate on content, and gain industry knowledge in the creative field they are interested in. Some content created at our events includes (but is not limited to) photos, videos, reels, Tiktoks, and live stream content (which can include video clips, highlights, etc.) This content is made between creators, attendees, and staff of AZPM. While AZPM is also considered a networking space, it is up to attendees to spark up conversations. AZPM will do their best to make introductions when asked for assistance in doing so, or when deemed necessary by a member of the AZPM team.

Eventbrite Ticketing:

Each individual in attendance to an AZPM event is required to hold a ticket, which can be purchased/ RSVP’d via Eventbrite. Individuals without a ticket to an AZPM event will not be permitted on site, and will be required to leave. Each attendee is required to agree to specific terms of service via Eventbrite on an event by event basis, including a release of liability - This is handled via Eventbrite, and is a part of the RSVP/Purchasing process for each ticket sold. Each attendee also agrees to abide by Eventbrite’s terms of service, including fees imposed by Eventbrite directly (shows as included in ticket cost at time of purchase). Each attendee agrees to AZPM’s no refund policy, which applies to every event. AZPM reserves the right to review ticket transfer requests on a case by case basis. AZPM will seek assistance from security, or law enforcement when necessary. By purchasing or reserving a ticket via Eventbrite for an AZPM event, you are agreeing to all Terms of Service and Community Guidelines as outlines in the above and below statements. There are some circumstances where events may be limited (due to capacity restrictions) in these scenarios we release as many tickets as we are able to for an event, which are reserved on a first come, first serve basis via Eventbrite. These events with capacity limits are not set by AZPM, rather by the venues that we work with, and the capacity limitations are not meant to exclude anyone - but are in place for everyone's safety when attending an event. When capacity for an event is reached, a waitlist can be joined via Eventbrite.

AZPM Content:

AZPM will take/capture/create content, as will AZPM brand ambassadors during AZPM related events, and events where AZPM has a presence (including, but not limited to conventions, pop-up style events, etc.) This content will be shared via AZPM’s chosen method of delivery, at the discretion of AZPM’s chosen timeline, which may or may not be disclosed. Content delivered by AZPM can be used by the community as desired for websites, social media, etc. as long as AZPM is credited for the creation of the video clips as needed. AZPM reserves the right to use content created by AZPM as seen fit. Attendees acknowledge that this content may be used on social media platforms, the AZPM website, Eventbrite, or via other promotional methods as deemed acceptable. This content will be screened by AZPM staff to deem acceptability, based on quality standards* prior to use. AZPM will also review all “Instagram post collaboration” content as well as tagged photos, videos etc. on social media platforms for quality standards* prior to “Instagram post collaborations” being accepted or images posted / reposted on AZPM’s social media feeds, stories, or timelines.

Your Content:

By attending AZPM events, attendees agree that content created will be shared in part or in whole with those whom the attendee worked with, as well as AZPM. Attendees also acknowledge that AZPM will not be held responsible for any distribution, breach of contract, etc. between individuals regarding how content will be used, displayed, distributed/shared, timelines for content, etc. as this is an agreement between the individuals creating the content, not an agreement affiliated with AZPM.
