Join us in the beautiful Serene Studios for another fun event!
Join the AZPM team for an afternoon of networking + content creation! Attendees will ahve the opportunity to collaborate with eachother to create content in the form of photos, videos, etc. Please come ready to create & network!
*If you are feeling shy, please approach a member of our team (There are 5 of us usually, and we will make a post about who from the team will be present so that you know who you can ask for help!) We are ready and happy to help make some content + connections!
Lexxtc.tv (instagram handle) creates official AZPM content for our reels! If you are a model or cosplayer who would like to be in the video, please find her at the event! Our brand ambassadors may also be taking BTS content throughout the event!
What to know about this event:
- 18+ ONLY
- Cosplay always welcome!
- Boudior + artistic nudity allowed (NOT REQUIRED!) *Consent from all parties must be obtained PRIOR to creating sensitive content.
- Multiple outfits allowed + encouraged
Your choice of time slot:
Session A: 12pm-2:00pm
Session B: 3:00pm-5:00pm
*You may arrive 15 mins early for check in. Noone will be permitted to attend a timeslot earlier than 15 mins prior. A ticket for the approriate timeslot is REQUIRED to enter the building during the designated timeslot ONLY. (A ticket is required to enter. This includes stylists, friends, plus 1s, etc.) Please Email or DM AZPM on Instagram directly with any questions on this policy.
*There is an hour break between time slots for us to refresh the studio and grab lunch as a team. During this time everyone will be asked to leave the studio, and the studio will be locked. If you are attending both time slots, you will be asked to leave the studio during this time. Thank you for understanding.
Studio Rules:
- CLEAR beverages ONLY in the studio.
- NO SHOES in the sand room (shoes in other rooms are okay) - THIS GOES FOR MODELS, COSPLAYERS, AND PHOTOGRAPHERS
- NO GLITTER, FEATHERS, ETC. in the sand room (nothing that sheds and would need to be sifted out of the sand)
- NO LIQUIDS in the sand room
- Please return all prop pieces to where you found them after use
Breaking ANY of the studio rules, or AZPM rules as outlined in our Community Guidelines will result from immediate removal from the event, no refund will be provided. AZPM reserves the right to make decisions about bans/removals based on our guidelines, and at times may make judgement calls outside of our guidelines. These will be reviewed on a case by case basis. This is for the protection of our community as a whole, we will make whatever decisions are needed to protect our community.
